2024 was the big year! Having known about Auto Finesse pretty much since the start of the company in 1999, it was clear to us that once our business had grown to a certain point, we needed to work together. We have been users of Auto Finesse products for years, receiving personal and great customer reviews. With a similar aesthetic and taste in classic vehicles, and the great development of their range of products, it only seemed logical for us to start a collaboration. After expressing our interest in becoming a reseller of AF products, we quickly began discussions about how the two businesses would work together.
We wanted to move forward quickly with offering our customers the great range of AF products, but we had to wait a few months due to plans for opening the E.U. hub in Germany. Being based in France, and with the UK leaving the European Union, caused some issues with our first potential order, which were quickly resolved. The AF team was great in helping us secure the best deals to get started, including awaiting the opening of the E.U. hub for a smoother entry and better prices compared to buying from the UK.
Today, we have regular contact with the AF team, where any questions are quickly resolved. We receive plenty of support and propositions to increase our knowledge of their product line, and overall, we've experienced great support to help us grow through the reseller program.
The range of AF products is already well established in France; however, there’s no stopping the huge community of AF enthusiasts. We’ve noticed that offering support in their native language has made a significant difference. We already had our physical shop where we cater to customers with classic car parts and detailing services, and in the evenings, the garage transforms into a bar/café. This was, of course, the perfect setting to include AF products and create a dedicated section in our shop just for them! There’s a great atmosphere at our shop, providing us with the perfect opportunity to discuss the products with our customers in a well-designed space that caters to car enthusiasts.
With our online site where customers find their classic car and tuning parts, it was easy to include the entire AF range of products using the supplied information, product descriptions, and photos. We were able to quickly implement this, making it ready for our customers.
